July 25, 2023                              Superior Court Judge orders a new group of 7 volunteers to take over operations.
                                                       Both Cemeteries are now Open and Operating

The fate of the cemeteries has been turned over to federal, state, and local officials.
January 1, 2021
Central & Laurel Hill Cemeteries are in transition to professional management per a 2/28/2020 resolution by the Boards of both Central and Laurel Hill Cemeteries.

​Jeff Nolan (Treasurer) was asked to complete the transition.
